I am not into Yoga or champagne, oh wait sorry wrong site. Seriously though writing is not a skill I posses, my profile would not make for an exciting read. I am just looking to be successful in Real Estate investing. Experience: > Former licensed Florida Real Estate Agent > Failed Speculation Investment - 2006 (Valuable lesson) > Successful Wholesale/Flip - 2013 (small scale but validating experience) > Purchased Fourplex - 2016 (house hacking; currently in the rehab process) Real Estate Goals: • Catch up on all the podcasts, and identify and follow those to emulate in my niche. • Fund a Retirement i.e. similar to what Karen Rittenhouse talked about in her podcast. (Thank you Karen) • Create Cash flow to reinvest i.e. Brandon Turner’s blog posts How to Make a Million Dollars from Real Estate: A Step By Step Path and How to Buy a Small MultiFamily Property: A Step by Step Case Study. (Thank you Brandon and Josh) • Eventually replace my employment income with cashflow income. Currently Seeking: Put myself in position to acquire more small multifamily property and build that momentum.
