Peggy Munson

I grew up in a house flipping family, watching and assisting in flips and seeing many transformations take place. My primary interest is flipping for profit, incorporating low-cost green building knowledge and integrating low-VOC and other green materials into home renovation, as well as universal design/aging-in-place homes. I am looking for colleagues and possibly co-investors in CT and MA for one or two-family units, particularly in Georgetown, Redding, Wilton, Ridgefield, Plainville, New Britain, Watertown, West Hartford, Terryville, Bristol, and in Massachusetts: Easthampton, Florence, and Northampton areas. So far I have one profitable flip completed, and am moving on to the next project. I am here to learn and make connections.
