Newbie here just getting acclimatized. I am looking to learn from people who are in the trenches actively growing their real estate investments and manage my somewhat haphazardly acquired holdings in a more targeted manner. My undergraduate degree was in architecture and although I have not pursued the field as a career, I enjoy working through detailed designs for my own projects and have helped a few friends with preliminary ideas and 3D models for their remodels projects. I am extremely active online in a variety of DIY forums and enjoy generating the highest quality step-by-step pictorial guides to embolden people to jump in and make things. I am also a very serious semi-professional photographer and have done professional work for real estate agents at the specific request of friends who were selling their houses and can execute at a high level on that front.
