I purchased my first property while attending the University of Washington in 1987. Go Huskies!! I've subsequently purchased, sold, developed and managed dozens of residential and multi-family properties over my 20+ years. I'm also a licensed real estate agent specializing in multi-family investments. However, I'm an investor first and agent second. So, I understand both sides of the transaction. I have 3 adult daughters and happily married to my wife of 28 years.
