I am a recent college graduate very interested in REI. I have always been fascinated with development and land/property acquisitions but have never had to the capital/credit to seriously consider investing. I am currently working and live with my parents but plan on making a move out by September 2012 at the latest. I have minimal knowledge but have been reading and researching every week on the subject of REI and am looking for a mentor to learn from. I am not ruling out birddogging either.
