New to Real Estate
Hello! I'm a young professional who owns one rental property in East Fort Worth. Around June 2022, I'll be looking for my second property, likely in west Dallas. I'm targeting properties in the $175k-$250k range that need some cosmetic upgrades, but nothing too serious. I still have a 9-5 that keeps me busy for most of the week.
