I own and operate a glass block window company in Cleveland, Ohio, and I'm a buy-and-hold rental property investor in Cincinnati, Ohio. I own 19 single family rentals, 3 self storage facilities with 350 units total, and a 4-unit mixed use downtown building with my business partner. I am currently looking for value-add self-storage facilities in rural Southwest Ohio. I have also done 25 flips in the region.
