I am a new real estate agent getting into REI. Real estate has always been in history the number one factor, as is food, a neccesity for any society. I believe a shift will come soon where real estate is learned through society as an investment for anyone willing to learn, educate, and navigate how to become financially sound just like biggerpockets. In juxtaposition, I believe we need more people teaching the same on the ground, that is why I am a real estate agent. Also, I need extra funds to invest.
