I'm an entrepreneur that co-founded an international development and renewable energy (www.ecozoom.com- #768 on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list!) and co-founded a speech and language therapy business (hopespeechtherapy.com) serving the Inland Empire. I'm contrarian in nature, so prefer to find hidden value and try to act counter to conventional wisdom. Experience: 3 rental properties that are cash flowing nicely, I'm looking to re-finance in order to purchase more. I have a primary residence, but wouldn't count that as REI! I am currently working to secure finance for development of senior housing properties in Southern California. Real Estate Goals: Build a sharp team that shares a common vision and a propensity for action and results. Build a portfolio of $X,000,000 within 5-8 years, delivering incredible value to all stakeholders (investors, tenants, employees). Focus in senior housing, buy and hold, multi-family units, commercial buildings, and thoughtful finance solutions. Currently Seeking: To build a geographically diverse portfolio and team, with complementary skill sets and a shared vision. To leverage people's experience into growing the pie for everybody. I currently have two partners and we are looking to actively invest in this coming year.
