Philip Moreira

Originally from Boston, MA, and living in Dubai, UAE since 2013. My real estate journey started in 2007 with my first real estate mentor, my dad. We purchased a small multifamily property on Glenwood Road, the street I grew up on. Together, we self-managed the property and dealt with the tenants, termites, toilets, and trash. Currently, along with my wife Rebecca, we now invest in a variety of real estate asset classes in the US from abroad. Our company, Glenwood Equity, is a platform that enables HNWIs in the Middle East to discover and invest in US-based, asset-backed, and capital-protected opportunities across multiple real estate asset classes through a co-investment structure. My wife and I also co-founded an "REI 4Expats" meetup group in Dubai. We would love to connect with other like-minded real estate investors looking to diversify into a variety of US real estate options.
