Owning and managing property himself, he knows the processes of routine maintenance, tenant screening, rent collection, and the various other property management roles that are required to run a successful real estate portfolio. Phillip Costa studied Civil Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He graduated top of his class with a Bachelors, while maintaining an athletic scholarship to play NCAA Division I soccer. In his professional career, he specializes in structural engineering design. He has worked for one of the largest engineering companies in the United States and has participated in designs ranging from high-rise residential buildings in NYC to nationally recognized infrastructure projects, such as the California High Speed Rail. He brings a high level of professionalism and integrity to his work. Due to his background in engineering, Phillip's attention to detail, his problem-solving skills, and his high level of organization play an integral part in a smooth transaction.
