Hi everyone my name is Phil, I live in Detroit, MI (lol....that’s right Detroit. ”Don’t call it a come back, we’ve been here for years”...in my best L.L. voice”. I’ve always wanted to get into real estate investing but was too afraid to invest my hard earned money, fearing I’d lose it all not knowing how to find, purchase, & rehab potential rental properties here in Detroit. Im not gonna lie....I’m still nervous but I’m tired of waiting for the “right” time. I realize that’ll never happen unless I make it happen, by taking the first step. So here I go...on my way to my first door. It’d love to connect with any investors out there (especially ones from the “D”) who’ve successfully transitioned from “nervous newbie” to “”ok...I think I can really do this”.
