Hi! I’m a beginner real estate investor based in Orlando, FL. I have experience working with investors as a subcontractor, handling renovations and remodeling projects myself. Now, I’m looking to step into the investor role and start my own fix & flip deals. I have hands-on experience with home repairs and renovations, so I understand the costs, timelines, and challenges that come with flipping. While I’m still learning the investing side, I already know a lot about the rehab process and what it takes to add value to a property. I’m currently looking for creative financing opportunities and JV partners who are open to structuring deals where I handle the renovations and project management, while an investor funds the purchase.
