Polina Ryshakov

I’m a Real Estate Economist with more than 16 years of valuation experience across the commercial and residential real estate—including distressed properties and ground-up construction. My experience includes market research, demand/supply analysis, feasibility studies for developers and builders, and consulting for real estate investors, ranging from experienced flippers to investment funds. As far as my educational background, I hold a double major in Economics and International Relations from the University of California at Davis and I have a designation in alternative investments. At Sundae, where we focus on the distressed residential real estate market, I built the company’s valuation philosophy and lead our real estate market outlook and analysis.
