I'm Prabhu, a new real estate investor from Mountian View, CA. I work full time as a Director of Engineering in a small Supplychain SaaS startup. I live with my wife, a 5-yr old son, and my mother-in-law. Experience: I have one rental property at San Jose, CA under my belt. I'm currently interested in buying rental properties in good-school districts in mid-west states like Indiana, Ohio, and Kansas. My interests: Property types: SFR & Small-Family Units (max.Triplex). Strategy: Buy and Hold. 2020 Goals: 1. 3 Properties with minimum renovation in mid-west regions. 2. Cash flow: $450/month. 3. Complete reading/listening to 4 Bigger-Pockets Real Investment books. 2021 Goals: 1. 6 Properties in mid-west regions. 2. Cash Flow: $2000/month 3. Two Rehabs.
