Relatively new in real estate investing. Currently learning all I can so that I can apply that knew knowledge to investing in buy and hold rental properties. My brother and I are interested in multifamily properties in the Atlanta area. He has been in the construction and electrical business for 15 years, so fix and flip, or fix and hold, are both desirable options.
