Rental Property Investor
New investor from the Lou! St Louis, MO. I'm interested in learning more about investing in real estate, and specifically "BRRR" strategy. I have 2 flipped houses under my built, and been reading great books and trying to starting my journey with my wife in the BRRR world! I would love all the help from you guys, and together we can make it happen and reach our dreams. Experience: 2 flips. Both successful made over 75K. Real Estate Goals: My Goal is to be able to flip 1-2 houses a year and add 2-3 BRRR houses to my portfolio. Currently I have no portfolio. Currently Seeking: Wholesalers and investors with great deals!
