Hey Fellow BPer, I'm Raj. I am a consultant. My wife and I live in Austin, TX. My goal is to provide value back to the BP community in any way (I have over 9 years of sales and internet marketing experience) and begin our real estate journey by becoming an agent and begin buying rental properties in Summer of 2019. We are looking for cashflow positive SFRs or Condos/Townhomes we can buy all cash under $240,000, rehab, rent, and refinance out in North Austin. And then we want to rinse and repeat and build out a strong rental portfolio in the long term. I am always looking to connect with others who have a passion for real estate!
