I received a large inheritance almost a year ago and I'm just trying to take advantage of this opportunity I've been given and learn how make this money grow! I have always loved real estate. I wanted to become an architect when I was a child but life dealt me a different hand. I am weird and shop for houses for fun in my spare time. I see potential and positives in every house. I have been contemplating getting my real estate license for awhile, but I am trying to find out if there is different spot for me in the crazy complicated world of real estate first. I have a bachelor's in social work and have a long term goal of creating a nonprofit and starting a Halfway house for people trying to turn their life around. I feel diving into the many aspects of real estate could help me reach this goal one day.
