I am a new investor from northern Utah (Layton) Excited about getting started and networking with other investors around Pensacola Florida area. I travel there to visit my son and his wife who have recently moved there and are getting started in investing in the area as well. I feel that I have more buying power in this area to get started as opposed to Utah market right now.I’m trying to build that momentum to eventually invest closer to home as well.
