I'm from Greencastle, Indiana which is about 45 minutes West of Indianapolis. My goal currently is to get between 2 or 3k of rental income per month to reach financial freedom and quit my current job. The strategies I'd like to use are the Brrrr method on small multifamily properties and lease options on SFH to increase cashflow.
