Raymond Northcutt

My name is Ray Northcutt; I began investing in real estate in 2017 in order to supplement my Army income. I am a 2013 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a degree in engineering management. I also completed my Master's in the same field in 2017. Once I separated from the Army, the wife and I spent 5 months traveling the country in a camper looking for the perfect place to live. We found McCall, ID to be our new home, and we couldn’t be happier. Our portfolio back in Savannah covers our monthly expenses, so we are financially secure. Our next move is making the leap from financial security to financial freedom. The future is exciting!
