I got into investing while bird-dogging for investors and then doing their property management later on. This was just prior to the housing boom. Still hanging in there through the bust and starting to invest again. I also have a property management company that manages properties for select investors. I have found by working with other investors as property manager that we tend to be more focused on the correct goals for each property. I'm also doing BPO's & REO's so have a heads up on properties prior to them coming on to the market. I am still learning daily through my exposure to the Real Estate market in the Inland Empire.
