I am a god-fearing, family man focused on building a construction/development company. Driven by aggressive optimism to grow a business centered on valued clients, quality work and mutual-benefiting partners. Experience: Managed an inventory warehouse for one of the largest grain production companies in the US for 2 years. Owned and operated a property management company for 3 years while also renovating and restoring the units/houses that I managed. Currently own and operate RDW Contracting. Building turn key houses and apartments is our main line of work, in which we do nearly everything from the design to the finishing. Tackled a near million dollar project in self storage. RDW Contracting did the design, construction and management of this project. Real Estate Goals: To become a commercial real estate developer by buying ground ahead of the growth, building the structures and targeting big appreciation and accumulative equity. Currently Seeking: Searching for relationships that fit the other components of my real estate goals and also needing advisors who have already had success down the path I'm treading.
