I have been active in real estate investing over the last 8+ years (house flipping, wholesale, rentals). Over the last few years since inventory has dried up a bit, my company has built around 200 new homes for both rental investments and retail. Our styles and finishes on our homes are far beyond what any other local builders provide. Providing the quality that we do, ensures that we have happy investors on every deal that we put our name on. We want to make sure that our investors are happy with the home and the steady income it will be producing. On the flip side, we want the tenant to be happy as well. If the tenant is proud of the house they live in, they will not only pay a steady rent, but they will also maintain it like it's their own. Recently I have begun to explore the multifamily market. 2019 will be an exciting year as my team and I will continue to produce single family homes along with our first value add multifamily building.
