Onias Derilus

I am a real estate broker and investor from Boynton Beach, Florida. I currently manage the day to day operations of my brokerage company, Pure Equity Realty, which consists of a team of 16 active real estate agents while also flipping properties, managing my current real estate portfolio and constantly seeking new ways to build and grow within the community. I started at the age of 20 in 2012 when I bought my first rental property and quickly became an agent soon after my second purchase in 2013. Fast forward six years later, I've been getting more deeply involved in real estate and still look forward to what the future has to offer. I graduated Florida Atlantic University in August 2015 where I double majored in Accounting and Finance. Soon after graduating, I went straight on and acquired my brokers license and went full throttle from there on. I love meeting new people who are as motivated and driven as I am.
