Hi, I’m based in northern NJ and recently started investing in real estate. My husband & I purchased our first three rental properties in the Syracuse, NY suburbs, and they’re already rented out, so we’re learning a ton quickly as we self-manage them for now. We’re currently in acquisition mode and actively looking to add more. I spent the past decade in hospitality real estate consulting at a Big 4 firm, but recently left to explore new opportunities, real estate investing being one of them. We’re focused on markets that we expect to be more climate-resilient over the long term, while recognizing no place is completely immune. I’m here to learn, connect, and share along the way.
