Started investing back in 2005, failed drastically in the 08 bubble, learned from my mistakes, and have since been doing community redevelopment work (buying, fixing, and selling) to first time home buyers. I love real estate and I do this for fun. I've been in the business since 2003, have my broker's license and my construction supervisor's license. Looking to expand the business.
