I work for Ashton Gray, a medical real estate development firm. We partner with healthcare professionals to help them own their practice's real estate without any cash investment. We accomplish this by developing the building, anchoring the practice, and filling the remaining vacancies using our brokerage team--offering up to 50% equity in the property.
