In my 10 years of doing real estate I have specialized in second home, investment and REO properties. My brokerage has a long history with bank owned properties and it provides me with the opportunity to see properties coming on well in advance of them being listed so I can assist investors/buyers with being ready to move quickly on their desired property. When I'm not doing real estate since I live on the Deschutes River and this time of year I can be found rafting, floating and hiking the river and I love sharing it with people. It's a hoot to see people, no matter their age, acting like kids.
