Hello, my name is Rey. I am a 32 year professional and landlord. I am currently working on my cubicle exit strategy to become a full time entrepreneur. When I was 19 my father and I purchase a 6 unit multifamily home which I took on full time at 23 when I graduated college. I am within 5 years of paying this mortgage off and am looking to expand. I enjoy being a landlord but am exploring other options (flipping/wholesaling) as well.
