Dentist on sabbatical, based between the Netherlands and South Africa. First property still ahead of me — and I’m being deliberate about it. No portfolio yet, but I bring boots-on-the-ground local knowledge, time to do the legwork, and a genuine long-term stake in the market (I split my life between South Africa and The Netherlands) My angle: the Rand’s exchange rate against the Dollar creates real leverage for US-based investors looking to diversify outside American markets — entry costs that would barely get you started stateside go a lot further here. I’m hoping to connect with someone who has capital and wants a trusted local partner to scout, vet, and manage on the ground while they invest from the US.
