About myself
From Birmingham, AL, both parents were Realtors -- dinners were filled with conversations of inspections, walk-throughs, closings, etc ... I got my AL real estate license in 2005, and started selling new construction homes before switching to primarily resale a few years later. After moving to Nashville, TN, I decided to get my TN real estate license as well. I became very interested in the investment side of real estate, and immersed myself in books/podcasts/REIN/etc ... before pulling the trigger on my first property -
