I purchased my first home in 1985 using a VA loan. Acquired my first investment property in 2007 leveraging a HELOC. Today in 2023 I own several free and clear rental properties and Land. I own an investment company where we source our own deals through wholesaling real estate. I am a licensed Realtor and I closed hundreds of Residential, Commercial and or Land deals combined as an agent and investor.
