I split time between Sandpoint, ID and Steamboat Springs, CO. I am a father of two young girls. Software engineer and real estate investor. I like to whitewater kayak, ski, mountain bike and crossfit. Experience: I have experience with buy and holds, multi families, and vacation rentals through VRBO, AirBnB and Vacation Property Managers. I have remotely flipped 30 units in Milwaukee, WI, bought and renovated a commercial building in downtown Sandpoint and am currently in control of three separate land deals in North Idaho totaling 197 acres. Real Estate Goals: 2020: Build out 80 lot subdivision in Ponderay Idaho and continue to add value to our community through entry level housing and rentals.
