I am a valuation specialist for a hard money lender. I am new to investing but have many friends that are active investors. I also do loan document signs as a side business. I have a paralegal degree looking to use that knowledge in my RE investing business. I have 5 years experience as a property manager for a portfolio of 12 builds totaling 220 units.
