I'm a real estate investor and Realtor in the central Kentucky area. I do a lot of work in the Greater Lexington area and affiliated with the Keller Williams Greater Lexington office. I want to create legacy wealth for my family and change everything in my life. Real estate is my vehicle for that dream. I work in industrial maintenance for the time being and looking to get into the electrical construction field to learn more about rehabbing and gain experience. I am working on marketing myself as a real estate agent to get listings and raise money to invest in rental properties. I want to be a landlord and flip houses as an investor and be able to do the work that I enjoy, which is the electrical construction. I have a wonderful family. My wife and I have been together for almost 13 years now and we have two beautiful and very intelligent children. My son is going to be 6 in 2017 and my daughter will be 2 as of November 2016. We just purchased our first house this year (2016) and using the house hacking technique, it will become a rental in the near future when we move again in the next year or so. I am really happy with the way my life has changed in the past 5 years and looking forward to what the future holds. I'm a hard worker and dedicated to my family, my dreams, and my career. I focus on self-improvement and constant and continuous improvement. I love to connect with like-minded individuals and work together to achieve great success. My desire is to have enough cash flow from my rentals that I can transition from my full time job to being a full time investor in my business. I want to invest in multi-family properties and require at least 27 units averaging $150 a month in positive cash flow to reach my freedom number of $4000 a month. I can use that to pay all my expenses and have the free time to do more investing and things that I love.
