Liz Deering

Originally from the east coast, Liz was born on Long Island, New York. When she was a child her family moved to the Southern California area and settled in the City of Long Beach where she attended Long Beach schools. Her love of art, writing and computer graphics led her to a career in graphic design where she designed logos, illustrations and developed presentations for high level military and civilian officials. Liz’s creativity extends to wildlife and stock photography, website design, marketing, and social media. Ultimately, Liz’s love of travel and adventure took her to the Midwest where she had her own modular home built on some vacant land. It was at this time that she realized her passion for real estate and the importance of helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. She also experienced great satisfaction managing the project. After moving back to the Southern California area, Liz took a job in north Orange County where her business, sales and marketing skills were honed. She joined the Versailles Property Team in 2016. Liz currently lives in Long Beach but has also resided in many areas of Orange County, San Bernardino County and Santa Barbara. She is familiar with a variety of locations and neighborhood attractions. She is known for being exceptionally intuitive, responsive and productive. Always family oriented, Liz still spends summers in New York.
