My husband and I closed on our first investment property in June 2018. It is a duplex near downtown Lincoln, NE. Looking forward to learning all about property management with real world experience. Our goal is to continue purchasing small multifamily properties which will eventually become an alternate stream of income to give us more flexibility and options.
