My partner Nancy and I have permitted over 2000 manufactured/modular homes in North Central Florida since 1998. We own and operate a permitting business out of Newberry, Florida and service 15 different counties. The majority of our projects are from a clientele of seven different manufactured home dealerships in Gainesville and Ocala, Fl. We also provide our services for the needs of many private customers that purchase new and used homes to be placed on their properties. We start out with raw properties and develop them into home sites. Many of our clients simply replace their old homes with new ones. Each home-site is flagged for home and utility locations. A great deal of our business is dealing with the various local and state governments. We oversee projects from pulling all necessary permits all the way through to final inspections and certificate of occupancy.
