New to the investing side of real estate but have been an agent for the last 2 years as a side hustle. I teach and coach by trade in an over-the-mountain school. My long term goal is to replace by income in the next 15 years so that when I retire I have 5-10 properties that are cash-flowing and paid off. I am also potentially looking into the idea of doing some private lending to more experienced investors who have a proven track record. I listen to daily podcasts on BP and love the differentiated experiences that others bring to the table. I have a lot to learn but have proven to myself the last 2 years that experience is the best teacher. I am inexperienced in the investment side of real estate but want to partner with others to start doing deals in a smart and efficient way.
