I’m a South Florida property management professional with experience managing both community associations and investment properties. Working in property management has taught me that protecting an investment takes more than simply collecting rent and responding when something goes wrong—it requires communication, accountability, proactive maintenance, good vendor relationships, and keeping a close eye on expenses. I approach property management with an owner’s mindset. My goal is to help keep properties well maintained, identify issues before they become expensive problems, work with dependable vendors, and provide owners with clear and consistent communication about their investments. My background in association management has given me extensive experience with property operations, budgeting, maintenance coordination, vendor management, resident relations, and handling the unexpected situations that naturally come with real estate. I’m also continuing to grow my involvement in real estate investing and enjoy connecting with people who are actively building their portfolios. I’m particularly interested in expanding my network throughout Southwest Florida and connecting with investors, property owners, agents, lenders, contractors, and other professionals in the market. I believe some of the best opportunities in real estate come through relationships.
