Rental Property Investor
Hello! I'm an aspiring rental property investor, and I'm very excited for my real estate journey. I'm 29 and live in Los Angeles, California. I've seen real estate work for my dad from which he was able to retire a few years earlier than expected, and I honestly am seeking that level of financial security. I want to learn as much as there is to know with respect to out-of-state rental properties (both MF and SFH). This is mainly because Los Angeles has such an expensive, nearly inaccessible entry point in terms of market pricing. I currently work a full-time job that demands a lot of my attention, hence the reason I am considering turn-key rental properties as a possible solution--it could provide a less-than-normal active investing approach. However, I'm still very open-minded in regards to truly active investing. Ultimately, I'd love to pass any knowledge on to those that might be in similar situations as myself (once I'm more experienced, of course). If there is anything I can help with, please feel free to ask away. Thanks!
