About myself
I am an investor in the Grand Rapids, MI area. I have several deals under my belt, including both single and multi-family BRRRRs. I look for distressed properties to rehab and rent. My goal is 20 units in the next five years. I also have a 4 unit vacation rental under contract in FL. I am in the process of getting a direct marketing promo underway to find more and better deals
