About myself
Hello there BP folks! I'm a newbie - I'm in Tacoma, WA and and have already found at least 25 vacant properties (took photos) and don't have a clue as to my next steps. Shameful, I know. I'm here to learn more about wholesaling, subject-to, buy-hold. Looking to meet others to build a network, learn, and would love to speak with those in the Washington state area who know what transactions can be done (legally). I want learn as much as possible. My knowledge will be the power! Thank you
