Real quick history, I got involved in Real Estate directly after graduation from high school. There was a job in the newspaper for a Mortgage Broker (yes that's where you looked for jobs back in 1997). I interviewed and the manager asked me "Do you know what a Mortgage is" my response "Ya, I think I've heard of them before" lol Rates at this point were high 7%'s then low 8% only I just picked it up easy, soon after got my real estate license in 1999 only never used it, I just wanted the knowledge. I ended up managing a large office then owning two different mortgage companies which I sold. Following that I started C&C Investments trading Real Estate notes which I continued for a couple years before backing off the real estate industry. Over the years I was always working with investor friends of mine consulting them on how to structure the deals, only really just didn't want to get involved myself because I had other ventures going. Then in 2016 I finally decided, even though I wasn't directly involved in Real Estate it was still my passion and I believe everyone has one amazing skill, mine has always been Real Estate. As anyone that knows me they would say the same it just comes natural to me and always has. So this present day I'm investing in Commercial mainly Warehouses, Multi-Family or Net Leases.
