I'm a twenty-four year old investor from Charlottesville, Virginia (Wahoowa). My grandfather and I are co-owners of four rental properties (7 units) in Charlottesville. I currently work as a Data Specialist for ad DoD contractor and want to continue investing in real estate on the side until I'm able to pursue real estate investing full-time.
