My name is Roger Evans - I am 35 and a contractor in the Austin, TX area. I listen to the BP Podcast on my drive to and from work everyday. This podcast has really inspired me to get further into real estate. I currently am on the other end of real estate investing, I am a contractor and get to work with individuals who are fixing up properties to live in, rent, or sale them. I’ve always been intrigued by the ones investing to rent them, so I decided to take the plunge. I am interested to get into single family, Duplex, and small multi-family rental properties.
