Hello there! I am Roger and a new Rental Property Investor. I'm starting my new real estate investing journey in January 2024 seeking to purchase multiple SFH with the intention to turn them into STR and LTR. When I'm not working or geeking out on real estate, you can find me taking drives around the canyons, traveling, hiking with my Jack Russell Terrier (Roxy), or watching my favorite LA sports teams.
