My name is Roli Prasad and I am Real Estate Investor in Southern Los Angeles (Palos Verdes, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Gardena, Lomita, Hawthorne, etc). By trade, I am an Attorney; however, Real Estate is my main passion, so I made the switch about a year and half ago. As of the present time, I have flipped three single family residences, and am working on acquiring my fourth property. I also have one townhouse in the El Segundo area which I am holding and renting.
